Link posted in the Video/Film section. As soon as we get more stuff up, I might create a sub-board specifically for my Paragon Ind produced videos, but we'll see how that turns out.

I'm currently sitting in my Mobile & Responsive Web Design class, and the teacher is discussing CSS sprite sheets.
I am silently giggling inside.
They're actually not really good for mobile and responsive design, though.

Lesson learned: My brother is not a mechanic, despite his and others' claims to the contrary. If not for his shoddy repairs to the oil lines I would still be driving my Buick, not bumming rides off my coworkers.
I pledge that I will take care of my next car properly, repairs are to be done by professionals, oil and transmission changes are to be done by me, riding in the passenger seat and ignored otherwise is to be my brother.

Some lessons need to be learned the hard way?

True, that you should always go to professionals to have them fix your car. But when I made a bump in my car and went to the professionals, the price to fix that was outrageous. They wanted to replace the whole part that was busted and even those that were not busted to get more money. Then I went to a garage somewhere shady to someone who one of my friends was acquainted to. He just cut off the part that was busted, welded it back together, repainted it and it was as good as new. No problems at all, no malfunctions or so. And he only took a meager amount of money as well for the great job he did. Of course I can't relate to your situation, for it was not a member of my family who fixed my car. I don't know if the guy was even a mechanic or not, but what I do know is that he did a great job. So I guess luck is also a big part of it.

I think I'm feeling the writing mojo come back, but I'm still in a little bit of a rut on how to make my current idea flow.. I might be posting a thread in the Literature section in the near future looking for information from you guys on how to make my idea work right. Just work with me, kay?

I wonder, what are the effects of prolonged isolation on a baby?
Why hello there, Google.

There is a spider on the ceiling.
I suspect it is a jumping spider.
Those are the harmless ones, right?
I'm really itchy right now.

In the world of webcomics, Dominic Deegan is coming to a close.
This saddens me greatly.

I've never had to submit to an NDA before to get into a closed beta.
Makes me feel violated and dirty.

Guess you haven't been in a lot of closed betas then? I like NDAs, they make it like you're part of a special class of person specifically selected to know about the juicy details of this specific project.
And what if it turns out to be a flop and the game never launches and the NDA never lifts?
It's like, this horrible thing, that happened to a select few people, you included, must never be spoken of. 'Course, there's really nothing stopping you from telling people in private. It violates the NDA but there's no way to enforce it if you aren't obvious.

I've actually been in quite a few closed betas.
Cataclysm, Marvel Heroes, Neverwinter, Rift, TERA, Mists of Pandaria, Guild Wars 2, TOR, Scarlet Blade, Planetside 2, etc, etc..
Still the first NDA I've had to sign.

I prefer jelly doughnuts.
When you bite into the center, it's like you're a zombie biting in a juicy fresh brain sandwich, mmm...
