Sorry I haven't been on much, my new college has been swamping me with work. On the plus side, my course is in Digital Graphics and Interactive Media. In laymans terms that means making pretty pictures and games using the computer. This includes pixel art, and thus, sprites.
That's right, I can make sprites, as part of my course, and get a grade for it.

I got marks in a computer course once after doing a load of sprites for a Flash project and then somehow having the entire class believing that I was some sort of god. It was weird and amusing. A link for those curiousHonestly, it's not that great. Also, this was made about the same time Brawl was announced for the first time. Ignore everything crappy about it and be amused at how I got a 100% mark for it :D |

Now now Cypher, it's not nice to judge... even when it is pretty obvious you're right.
That said, I still prefer my laptop to the school's Macs, simply because I hate the default mouses on 'em. Oh, and I'm learning flash as well. My course is awesome on a stick.

So like, for the past 2 or 3 days, I've been trying to get a video recording software (CamStudio, to be specific) to record sound (from the speakers) in my videos. It was really pissing me off, cause it said it could do that, but for some reason it just wasn't doing it.
So I mentioned it to my Dad, and he found a solution. It's a cable that plugs into the output and the input. Only drawback is that I can't listen to the sound while the videos are recording, but hey, it works. So :D.
Let's tally it up:

Haha I'm so aweso-- wait. ... :(
Oh well, 1 victory is better than 0, rite? :D
